Synorm Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Huizhou District, Huangshan, inheriting the thousand-year-old Huizhou merchants spirit of "Integrity First, Pioneering Ahead". Founded in 2004, we have developed from an epoxy resin pioneer to a global leader in epoxy reactive diluents, earning titles including National Manufacturing Single Champion, China Industry Award Commendation Winner, National High-Tech Enterprise and "Little Giant" Specialized Innovation Enterprise. With 800+ staff and automated production bases, we have capacity of 34kt solid epoxy resin, 50kt epoxy reactive diluents, 45kt acetal fine chemicals , 5kt electronic materials, 30kt Neo-decanoic acid yearly. Our products serve wind power, aerospace, electronics, high-end coatings, adhesives, recyclable materials, UV curing and textile auxiliaries exported to 30+ countries with long-term partnerships with top global chemical firms. We break through with perseverance, shatter foreign monopolies via technical strength, and define domestic excellence through industry standards.We hold 45 national patents, lead 6 industry standards, and run full ISO/IATF management systems, achieve synergy of quality, environment, OHS and energy. Synorm Chemical has set up digital transformation as its core corporate development strategy. Guided by quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, it comprehensively reconstructs its business management system relying on new-generation IT. Following the path of consolidation and optimization, intelligent leapfrogging and low-carbon leadership, it steadily promotes the three-level leap of traditional manufacturing towards lean manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing.
The company is building a six-layer digital system led by strategic objectives, driven by business demands and centered on a data center platform. Our History
1999-2003
Entered the epoxy resin industry and launched the first entrepreneurial venture. Leveraging sharp market insight and excellent product quality, the enterprise quickly captured market share, securing the No.1 national market share in epoxy resin within just two years. It successfully completed the initial accumulation of capital, market resources and experience, laying the corporate ethos of "either do not start, or pursue ultimate excellence".
2004-2008
In 2004, Synorm was officially established to kick off its second entrepreneurial journey. The enterprise precisely targeted the segmented track of epoxy resin reactive diluents, set the core direction of "environmental protection, high performance and refinement", and avoided the red ocean of homogeneous competition. In 2006, products including 692/748 obtained provincial appraisal and certification. The first-phase workshop and the second-phase production line were completed and put into operation, forming a matrix of six core products.
2009-2014
In 2009, the 622 product was successfully developed, entering the high-end wind power application market and opening up new growth space.
In 2014, the production capacity of epoxy reactive diluents ranked first in Asia. With technological innovation as the spear and quality refinement as the shield, Synorm continued to lead the segmented track, evolving from a domestic leader to the top player in Asia.
2015-2019
It continuously deepened the integration of industry-university-research, carried out in-depth cooperation with Nanjing Forestry University, broke foreign technological monopolies, and realized independent and controllable core processes. The product matrix expanded from the initial 2-3 basic varieties to 3 major categories with more than 40 varieties.
In 2019, it integrated the operating assets of epoxy resin, completed the upgrade of its core business layout, and built a technological moat with solid strength.
2020-Present
In 2020, it completed the shareholding system reform, hit a record high in operating indicators, and started the dual leap of capital and management.
On the R&D side, it established three major R&D centers and a professional pilot base, building a full-chain innovation system covering "R&D - pilot test - achievement transformation". On the production side, it partnered with multiple domestic intelligent manufacturing service providers to build smart factories, accomplishing the transformation and upgrading from a traditional fine chemical enterprise to a modern technology innovation enterprise. In 2024, a 58-mu smart factory was completed, with an annual output of 43,000 tons of acetal chemicals and 5,000 tons of electronic material chemicals, continuously expanding its strategic territory. In 2026, a new 120-mu industrial land was added, forming a linked layout of production bases covering Area A (180 mu), Area B (120 mu) and Area C (58 mu). The overall production capacity and industrial carrying capacity have been fully enhanced, and the enterprise is advancing at full speed towards becoming a global leading brand in the industry.
