On the morning of July 3, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the R&D Center of Shanghai Huachuangzhixing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Synorm—was officially held at the Shanghai Jindi Weixin Minhang Science and Technology Innovation Park.

The establishment of Huachuang Star New Materials is a key component of Synorm’s grand R&D strategy. From its inception, the company has been positioned to serve the Yangtze River Delta region and focus on high-end materials—a critical step in Hengyuan Group’s strategic upgrade in the high-end materials sector. At the ceremony, Chairman Cheng Zhenshuo and Group Advisor Professor Sun Zhenyao jointly unveiled a red ribbon, officially launching Huachuang Star.
