1. Explanation of Environmental Impact Report Information Disclosure

Construction content: The project plans to build a new land on the south side of the company's existing factory area No. 16 Zijin Road in Huangshan Huizhou Chemical Industry Park. The first phase of the project mainly builds 2 production workshops and 1 packaging workshop, supporting tank farms, warehouses, quality inspection buildings, power centers and other public and auxiliary facilities; in addition, the existing factory research and development building, accident emergency pool, desalination unit, sewage treatment station, warehouse, etc. will be renovated; this evaluation does not include the second and third phases of the project.

In accordance with relevant requirements such as the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, the Environmental Protection Management Regulations of Construction Projects and the Public Participation Measures in Environmental Impact Assessment, Synorm entrusted Anhui Wanxin Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd. to prepare the "Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Synorm's Special Resins and Its Derivative New Materials Project (Phase I Project)." It is now submitted to the ecological and environmental authorities for public disclosure before approval, and the environmental impact report and public participation instructions will be publicized.
