Brief Report on the Team-Building Activity of the Specialty Chemicals Production Department, Synorm

To practice the company’s core values, strengthen corporate culture, enhance team cohesion, and boost employee vitality, Synorm Company’s Specialized Department organized a team-building activity (Phase I) on November 8.

The weather cooperated perfectly, with bright sunshine, and our group of 31 people visited the Guuniu Mountain National Geopark—a AAAA-rated scenic area—during late autumn, enjoying the beauty of nature amid our busy work schedules.

While enjoying a peaceful moment, participants engaged in a mountain-climbing competition, forming small groups of three or five, helping and supporting each other. Everyone fully experienced the joy of mountain climbing and also paused to take photos as mementos.

The farmhouse lunch was abundant and delicious, so much so that we forgot to take photos to commemorate the occasion. After lunch, under the guidance of our instructor, we engaged in several interactive games, including the thrilling “Number Bomb,” the nostalgic “Hoop Rolling,” and the默契-testing “Flour Relay.”

During the game, team members closely collaborated and actively contributed ideas, fostering a competitive atmosphere while upholding a spirit of unity and mutual assistance; the joyful and engaging gameplay immersed everyone fully, sparking friendly rivalry and continuous laughter.

This team-building activity not only showcased everyone’s energetic and vibrant spirit but also strengthened emotional connections among colleagues, enabling them to better understand one another in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and fostering a strong sense of belonging. Additionally, as the production department, this event reaffirmed the principle that “safety is the best return on investment, and peace of mind is the family’s greatest wealth.” Everyone will continue to uphold the company’s core values and devote themselves to their work with renewed enthusiasm—working joyfully and living happily.
