XY630 1,4-CYCLOHEXANEDIMETHANOL DIGLYCIDYL ETHER

XY630 – 1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol Diglycidyl Ether Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid. It is an alicyclic reactive diluent. When blended with epoxy resins, it reduces shrinkage rate and improves the weather resistance of epoxy systems. Its core structure consists of a cyclohexane ring, with a glycidyl ether group (epoxy group) attached to the 1 and 4 positions via a methylene group respectively. Thanks to this unique non-planar cyclic structure, it retains difunctional reactivity while efficiently lowering the viscosity of resin systems, and remarkably enhancing the heat resistance, rigidity and weatherability of cured products. Widely applied as a high-performance reactive diluent in weather-resistant coatings, electronic potting compounds, composite materials and adhesives. It can also serve as an intermediate for organic synthesis to prepare hyperbranched polymers with rigid skeletons or special epoxy resins.

XY632 1,6-HEXANEDIOL DIGLYCIDYL ETHER

XY632 – 1,6-Hexanediol Diglycidyl Ether Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with no irritating odor. It contains two epoxy groups in its molecular structure, which participate in curing reactions to form chain and network structures. As a difunctional epoxy reactive diluent, when blended with epoxy resins, it can drastically reduce the viscosity of the system, allow higher filler loading, lower shrinkage rate and cut overall costs. It is also a water-soluble reactive diluent with excellent wetting performance. When incorporated into epoxy resins, it enhances penetration during casting processes and delivers outstanding wettability for laminating and bonding applications. Additionally, it acts as a toughening reactive diluent to boost the flexibility of finished products.

XY678 NEOPENTANE GLYCOL DIGLYCIDYL ETHER

XY678 – Neopentyl Glycol Diglycidyl Ether It is a unique difunctional epoxy reactive diluent and crosslinker. Its backbone is neopentyl glycol with two methyl side chains, and glycidyl ether groups are attached to both ends. This highly branched spatial structure endows the product with ultra-low viscosity and excellent hydrophobicity, while significantly improving the rigidity, heat resistance and chemical resistance of cured articles.

XY694 RESORCINOL DIGLYCIDYL ETHER

XY694 – Resorcinol Diglycidyl Ether Melting Point: 33–35°C Appearance: Pale yellow viscous liquid This resorcinol-based epoxy resin features high reactivity, remarkable viscosity reduction effect, fast curing speed and high crosslink density. It delivers superior hardness, heat resistance, electrical insulation and chemical resistance compared with other diluents. It can be used for high-temperature resistant casting plastics, fiber composite materials, adhesives, coatings, electrical potting compounds and reactive diluents. It also serves as a viscosity modifier for phenolic resins.
