XY816 Adipic acid diglycidyl ester
XY816 – Adipic Acid Diglycidyl Ester Appearance: Transparent liquid It is a glycidyl ester epoxy resin containing adipoyl structure and acts as a reactive plasticizer with epoxy groups capable of participating in curing reactions. It is mainly applied to reduce brittleness of epoxy resins and can also be formulated into adhesives, effectively boosting impact resistance and flexibility of epoxy systems. It is widely used in IC packaging materials, high-end adhesives, underfill adhesives and conductive adhesives, covering fields such as LED encapsulation, insulating potting, mold casting and metal surface bonding.
