XY518 HYDROGENATED BISPHENOL A EPOXY RESIN
XY518 – Hydrogenated Bisphenol A Epoxy Resin Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid It has a molecular structure similar to bisphenol A epoxy resin, and its cured products feature comparable physical and mechanical properties. However, its molecular structure contains no unsaturated bonds, leading to excellent weather resistance. It is mainly used for outdoor electrical insulating materials, coatings for outdoor storage tanks and steel structures, as well as potting compounds for concrete dams. In addition, its viscosity is much lower than that of bisphenol A epoxy resin, allowing high filler loading to cut costs and reduce shrinkage.
